Since their debut album, Untold Wait, in 2009, the four musicians from Boston have mocked simple categorizations, and their latest and fifth album, Engraved With Pain, refines their attack to a level that only the 2018 album To the Night Unknown could imply.
For MORNE, Engraved With Pain is a moment of gloomy triumph rooted in Celtic Frost and Ministry, but somehow extrapolated from the gods themselves, Black Sabbath, and is as characteristic for no one else as it is for them.
