'The long-awaited new Dokken album, 'Heaven Comes Down,' is finally finished, and the first single from it is called 'Fugitive'!' declares Don Dokken. 'The lyrics have touched me in this uncertain world we're living in. It's an up-tempo rocker, like some others on the album. I have no idea what the future holds for our world, so I've taken a step back and I'm just watching as it all unfolds...yes, like many others, I've become a refugee from life. Hence the title!'
