Founded in 1981, the US metal band SLAYER, along with the bands Metallica, Anthrax, and Megadeth, formed the 'Big 4' of American thrash metal. In 2007 and 2008, the band received a Grammy in the 'Best Metal Performance' category. In 2018, the band announced their breakup after one final world tour. In early December 2019, the band announced that the concert played on November 30, 2019 was their last. With 'Live in Hell,' we remember the great thrashers. These recordings were broadcasted live on radio in 1985 and include all the classics.
