La band fondata dal cantante Axl Rose e il chitarrista Izzy Stradlin a metà degli anni 1980 a Los Angeles è diventata rapidamente una delle più riuscite band hard rock di tutti i tempi, grazie all'incredibile album di debutto "Appetite For Destruction". Il set di 4 CD pubblicato recentemente presenta due programmi radiofonici del 1988 (The Ritz, New York, Nakano Sun Plaza, Tokyo) e una registrazione del maggio 1991 (Deer Creek Music Center, Noblesville / Indiana) con i classici della band (e singoli di successo) nonchè "Welcome To The Jungle", "Sweet Child O' Mine", "Knockin' On Heaven's Door", "Patience", "Paradise City" e "Live And Let Die".
