After their acclaimed debut Album Sermons Of The Sinner (2021) reached the top 20 of the Album charts in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the USA, the UK, and many other countries, KK'S PRIEST returns with their second Album, The Sinner Rides Again. The band, consisting of legendary ex-Judas Priest members and Grammy Award-winning and nominated musicians K.K. Downing (guitar) and Tim 'Ripper' Owens (vocals), as well as A.J. Mills (guitar), Tony Newton (bass), and Sean Elg (drums), will release their new Album on September 29, 2023. The Sinner Rides Again offers 100% pure Heavy Metal and builds upon the style of the previous Album, which was described by UK Metal Hammer as 'extremely entertaining' and by German Rock Hard Magazine as a 'strong Album.' The new work features nine riff-laden Heavy Metal anthems, produced and written by K.K. Downing, mixed and mastered by Jacob Hansen.

After his departure from Judas Priest, the future of genre-defining K.K. Downing was uncertain. But after a nearly 10-year hiatus, he picked up the famous Flying V guitars again and proved that he is still one of the best songwriters in classic Heavy Metal . This was followed by comeback shows, including with former bandmates from Judas Priest when they were inducted into the Rock 'n' Roll Hall Of Fame in 2022, and the formation of KK'S PRIEST with ex-Judas Priest and Iced Earth singer Tim 'Ripper' Owens.

Downing recently said, 'We have lost a lot of great people like Lemmy & Dio. But this unique style of music must be preserved as long as possible, and I feel that I can continue to play a significant role, as I always have, to defend metal as we all know and love it.' The Sinner Rides Again carries this message and manages to transport classic Heavy Metal elements into the present and write timeless songs performed by true genre legends.

Big guitars introduce the Album opener 'Sons Of The Sentinel' before quickly getting to the point: big riffs, dynamic solos, and incredible energy, combined with a constant drive forward, await the listener. The following 'Strike Of The Viper' is a true Heavy Metal anthem, while 'Reap The Whirlwind' impresses with constantly rising leads, unbelievable harmonies, and catchy vocals. The absolute hit single of the Album, 'One More Shot At Glory,' is written for the biggest stages: haunting guitars and the chorus stick in your head from the first listen and will be loudly sung along at countless concerts and festival shows.

'Hymn 66' stands out with its slow, deep, bluesy-meheightic tones, while the powerful title track 'The Sinner Rides Again' oscillates between ballad-like passages and dark bangers. 'Keeper Of The Graves,' characterized by Owens' dynamic vocals, is litresally ushered in and introduces the last third of the Album with roaring cascades, before the energetic 'Pledge Your Souls' and the epic 6.30-minute track 'Wash Away Your Sins' gracefully conclude the Album.

The Sinner Rides Again combines the unique abilities of the genre-defining band members who, at no time, merely copy riffs from the great 80s, but have created a timeless and modern yet classic Heavy Metal manifesto.
