They convinced themselves to publish unknown material e songs from the Purgatory period (band name before they changed it to Iced Earth) to the masses. Also, tracks of the first two albums were re-recorded which pushed the pressure of this music even further. Nobody can claim that Iced Earth is doing a sell out here, there is just too much unpublished material e love to the detail of their work. For Die Hard fans, ""Days of Purgatory"" is inevitable; for people that are just getting started con Iced Earth, it is the ideal entry into their music. con such a disc, one must realize how timeless power metal is. Iced Earth is a role model of this genre, which is once again shown in this historic album. It is more than legitimate to assume that their leaders in their industry.
