Seamount veteran Tim Schmidt and singer Jim Grant founded the doom band Naked Star in search of a new direction. Now the Bavarian duo are back to announce their first LP 'Ancient Rites'. The genre 'heavy low-fi-doom' could cause confusion at first, but even with your first listen you'll notice how raw, unpolished and damn heavy the sound is, and that's exactly what 'low-fi' is referring to!
