'Witchbound' preparano l’album"Tarot's Legacy" per iniziare. Il lavoro include canzoni e testi, che per la maggior parte sono stati scritti o co-scritti dall’ormai defunto Lee Tarot (Stormwitch) e perciò includono la sua eredità musicale. Dopo la sua morte, i colleghi Stefan Kauffmann, Ronny Gleisberg, Peter Langer e Martin Winkler (tutti ex-Stormwitch) assieme ad un altro vecchio amico Thorsten Lichtner (ex-Brainstorm, ONE - The Rock Show) hanno deciso di completare la sua opera e continuare assieme il progetto, iniziato qualche anno fa. In questo modo sono nati i Witchbound.
